Diabetes Etiquette - for people who DON'T have diabetesWe have three ways for you to obtain copies of the Diabetes Etiquette card:

  2. The easiest way to obtain actual hardcopies of the accordion-style card at no cost is to contact your local Accu-Chek representative. Our friends at Roche Diabetes Care have been kind enough to license and print the card, and they are happy to distribute them to healthcare professionals as well as to people with diabetes and their loved ones.

  3. The accordion-style etiquette card can be ordered directly from BDI.
    To cover our costs, we charge $1.00/card, plus shipping.
    We can only sell and ship orders of in quantities of 50 cards or more.
